I Got a New Main Door and Wrought Iron Gate from Renovaid Team Here is My Review
I bought a resale HDB in Singapore
The old main door and gate looked terrible
The wooden door was swollen at the bottom
The gate had rust spots and the mechanism was stuck
I cannot move in with these ugly doors

They mounted the new gate on the wall brackets
They made sure the door closes smoothly and the gate swings correctly
They put on a new gate lock with 4 computerised keys
The job took half a day for both main door and gate
They swept the area and removed the old doors and gate
I did not have to lift a finger at all

I tested the main door lock and swing
No issues at all very satisfied
Final payment was done on the spot through PayNow

The wood grain finish is beautiful and classy
The door feels solid and closes quietly
The metal is thick and the welding is clean
The black powder coated finish still looks brand new
Several neighbours asked where I got them done

I cannot hear corridor noise as much anymore
The design matches the main door well
The only small thing is the waiting time
A bit troublesome but okay lah just message them
I read their warranty policy before buying
Normal wear and tear is not covered which is standard
